It’s coming up to Spring Festival (Chinese New Year, Lunar New Year… Whatever you wanna call it!) Which means we’re about to have a holiday over here in China.

This will of course bring some disruption to our normal service, but we’ll try to keep the disruption to a minimum. Some things are out of our control (When couriers stop collecting packages, there’s not much we can do!) and some things we think are necessary (giving our employees a holiday to spend time with their loved ones and relax.)

What you need to know:

Orders placed before the 24th of January should be shipped before the Spring Festival holiday. Any order placed after the 24th we’re unable to guarantee it will be shipped before the holiday.

From the 26th of January to the 7th of February our office and warehouse will both be closed. We will be unable to ship orders during this period.

From January 31st – February 2nd we will have no live chat on our website and will not be replying to emails.

From February 3rd – February 6th we’ll have limited service on our online chat.

On February 7th we’ll be back in the office and start replying to all the messages received over the break. It may take us a while to clear the back-log and get to you. Please be patient.

On February 8th we’ll start shipping orders received during the holiday period.
